Some people worry about going alcohol free and all the things they’ll give up and miss out on if they stop drinking.  Yep – when you go alcohol-free you give up some things. Things you’ll be glad to see the back of.  We’re socially conditioned to think alcohol brings pleasure.  But we can’t see much pleasure in this top 10 suffer-fest.  These we’ve been glad to give up, for the good stuff we got in return:

Go Alcohol Free & Give Up The Suffering!

  1. ALCOHOL FREE – NO MORE WINE FLU

No hangovers, headaches, nausea, shakes, dry wrenching –  ever again. Instead, you get the sheer pleasure of waking every day feeling fantastic and full of energy.  It’s priceless.

  1. ALCOHOL FREE – NO MORE POOR MOOD

Alcohol is classed as a depressant with the World Health Organisation, and creates low mood, depression and anxiety – some experience this more than others.  Then discover when they go alcohol free, they are freed from the anxiety too – and begin to feel true contentment for the first time in years.

  1.  ALCOHOL FREE – NO MORE MONEY WASTED

Do the maths.  Work out how much you spend drinking at home and drinking out.  What’s the month figure, the annual figure?  You could save hundreds of £££s each month.

  1. NO MORE GUILT

Everyone will like and respect you more.  You will like and respect you more.

  1.  ALCOHOL FREE – NO MORE UNDER PERFORMING AT WORK

Your mood and ability to think clearly will improve and you’ll do twice the work with half the stress.

  1.   NO MORE BAD RELATIONSHIPS

Without a hangover you’ll enjoy time with your kids more.  Without blackouts and arguments with your spouse relationships improve.  Your parents stop worrying about you.  Everything gets better.

  1.  ALCOHOL FREE – NO MORE SLOBBING OUT

Masses of calories are washed down in sugary alcohol – piling the pounds on.  And wine flu kills all energy..  Give up alcohol and you’ll have tons of motivation and energy to get active, try a new sport or take an existing one to a new level.

  1.  NO MORE BLACKOUTS

Oh the pain of trying to piece together what you did, what you said, whilst trying to hide the fact you’ve no recollection…

  1.  ALCOHOL FREE – NO MORE INTERNAL BATTLES

Should I drink tonight?  Is 11 am too early to drink?  Shall I call in in sick?  All that time and energy on debating frees you up for positive living.

  1.   NO MORE ‘TIME POOR’

Hours at night and the weekend are lost to drinking and nursing hangovers.  You will literally have extra days in your week to do great things.
