This is Stefan.

Stefan came to Andy and I back at the start of the year when he realised his relationship with alcohol wasn’t a healthy one.

He was no alcoholic, but he’d certainly become too reliant on it, found himself having almost a constant hangover, the pounds were piling on and he was virtually unable to have fun or de-stress without a drink in his hand.

Knowing something needed to change, Stefan took us up on our offer and after less than 3 months, sent us these photos and the following words –

“Alright so these are the first 2 body selfies I have ever done.

The first one was taken December 25, 2016. The second one was taken today. I'm not one of those guys who posts pics of themselves just because…

My first day alcohol-free was January 1, 2017, and I'm still going strong. I have also started eating healthy and going to the gym 3-4 days a week. Went from 25% body fat to 11%!!

Besides being in better shape, the list of benefits is tremendous.

Though to be honest, apart from the odd link, I’ve not really told you about how Andy and I help people overcome their poor relationship and over-reliance on alcohol.
