Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing from One Year No Beer. Our returns policy is for 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure you gain a certificate of posting as we can't refund items not received by us.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund has been processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this can take up to five working days from your refund email.
To exchange an item size or colour please place an order via the online store for the new item. Please then send the incorrect item to 71-75 Shelton Street, London, LND, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, and we will follow the refund process above.
Please note we are unable to refund items returned outside of the refund policy.
Faulty Goods
In the event of you receiving a faulty item, please send us an email to [email protected] with details of the fault, your order number and contact details and we will be in touch to organise a solution for you.
